MB Exterior Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services including gutter cleaning, gutter repair and installation, pressure washing, roof cleaning and render cleaning.

By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All quotes provided are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are based on information provided at the time of enquiry. Where the actual condition of the property differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the quoted price before commencing work. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

VAT is not currently charged on our services unless otherwise specified on your quote.

A booking is confirmed once you have accepted our quote and we have agreed a date and time. You will receive confirmation by phone or email.

It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate access to the property is available on the agreed date, including unlocked gates and clear access to all areas to be cleaned.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked appointment are chargeable in full.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Direct Debit via GoCardless

For larger projects, we may request a deposit prior to commencing work. This will be agreed and confirmed in writing before any payment is taken.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all work carried out. If you are not satisfied with the result, please notify us within 48 hours of the work being completed. We will investigate and, where appropriate, return to rectify any issues at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not apply where dissatisfaction arises from pre-existing damage to the property, or where conditions beyond our control have affected the result.

MB Exterior Cleaning holds £1,000,000 public liability insurance. We take all reasonable care when working on your property.

We will not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects that are revealed during or after cleaning
• Damage caused by inadequate or faulty fixtures (e.g. guttering already in poor condition)
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the work carried out. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You must ensure safe access to all areas required for the work to be carried out. This includes ensuring that gates are unlocked, vehicles are moved if necessary, and any fragile items near working areas are removed.

Our team will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property and its contents during work. We ask that you notify us in advance of any known hazards or sensitivities (e.g. ponds, delicate planting, pets).

Where chemical treatments are used (e.g. biocides for roof or render cleaning), these will be applied in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable regulations. We will advise you of any precautions to take (e.g. keeping pets and children away from treated areas) before and after application.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
